King Kong card game is a two player speed game for kids that requires concentration and quick hands. Make six four of a kind sets before your opponent to win.
Set up of King Kong
Deal out six piles of four to each player face down. Then place the remaining 4 cards face up between the players in the center of the playing area, these will be the communal cards.
The Objective of King Kong
The objective of King Kong is to be the first player to successfully create six sets of four of a kind.
How to Play King Kong card game
When game play starts each player will pick up one set of four cards at a time, they will examine the cards and decide if any of the communal cards will help them make a four of a kind. If a player wants a card they pick it up and discards a useless card in its spot. If there is not a card that will help them they set down the cards face down and pick up another stack.
Rules
- Players may pick up any pile of four cards at any time, but they can only pick up one at a time.
- Players may not pick up more than one card at a time before discarding.
- As players complete sets of four, the set it to the side face up.
How to Win King Kong card game
The winner is the player who completes all six four of a kind sets and placed them face up then they yell “King Kong”.
