Supplies

• ​Bucket of water
• A large car washing sponge​

How to Play Dodge Sponge Tag

Place the bucket of water and the sponge in the center of the playing area.  
Select one person to be the tagger.  The tagger will dunk the sponge in the bucket of water to dampen it.  They may dampen the sponge as often as he/she likes. The tagger will then throw the sponge at another player.  The other player can decide to catch the sponge or dodge it. If the player can not dodge the wet sponge or catch it they become the new tagger.  If the player catches the sponge they can throw it back at the tagger, and the original tagger is still it.
